Who we are
This website, newdrivewaysrotherham.co.uk, is run by Ironstone Driveways. If you have any questions about this policy or your information, email XXEMAILXX or write to XXADDRESSXX.
What information we collect
When you fill in our quote or contact form we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, postcode and information about your driveway or project, such as the surface, size and timescale. We do not ask for payment details through this website.
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information such as IP addresses and browser types in server logs, to keep the site secure and working.
How we use your information
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, arrange a site visit, prepare a quote and carry out any work you ask for. Our lawful basis is that you have asked us to take steps before entering into a contract with you, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. We will not use your details for marketing unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
We share your details only where needed to deal with your enquiry: with the installer who surveys and carries out the work, with Formspree, which processes our website forms and passes them to us by email, and with our website hosting provider. We do not sell your information.
Transfers outside the UK
Formspree is based in the United States. Where your information is transferred outside the UK, it is protected by appropriate safeguards under UK data protection law. You can read Formspree's privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, including any legal, accounting or reporting requirements, and then delete it securely.
Cookies
This website uses only the cookies needed for it to work. We do not use advertising cookies.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to ask for it to be transferred. To use any of these rights, email us at the address above. We will reply within one month.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have used your information, please contact us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
